Tarmac Drives for Private Clients
One simple way to elevate your home’s kerb appeal is to have your tarmac drive laid by a certified contractor like Serfis Construction and Engineering Limited.
Our extensive client portfolio includes many executive properties across the West Midlands regions. You and your home deserve a driveway to compliment the elegance of your home. If you are considering selling your house, then a smart driveway will create the right impression to secure a sale and to add value.
As an alternative to using tarmac, we can use a number of different materials including gravel, setts and cobbles, resin bonded and pattern imprinted concrete.
Your drive will be made to last.
Preparation is key to a durable and trouble-free drive. We use the same processes on domestic drives that we adopt for our rail and public sector clients. Our commercial projects range from rail platforms and public concourses to school playgrounds and car park surfaces. You can be confident that your drive will be installed to the same stringent standards. Serfis Construction and Engineering Limited is a certified Network Rail Principal Contractor.
Excavation and levelling your drive.
Drives are excavated to the correct depth to allow for multiple layers of hardcore and core tarmac prior to surface tarmac or one of our alternative materials. All layers are compacted and levelled to avoid subsidence in the future. Any excavated waste will be disposed of legally and recycled where possible.
Edging and Kerbing your tarmac drive.
Executive drives need to be retained using a solid edge to avoid your tarmac surfaces cracking or crumbling and to prevent weed invasion. Where necessary, we ensure that any kerbing, drainage, steps, manhole covers or block paved aprons are installed to the rigorous standards you expect and to preserve the appearance of your home.
Our friendly team is on hand to discuss how we can deliver your project on time and on budget. So, whether you want a tarmac drive, a gravel drive, setts and cobbles, a resin bonded drive or a pattern imprinted concrete drive, call 01562 822082 or complete the form on our ‘Contact’ page.
