The Complete Service From Serfis

Our Experience:

Thirty years of experience has given Serfis the skills to deliver small and large scale projects including railway platforms, car parks, concrete bases and roadways, landscape works, all types of paving, fencing steel handrails and mass concrete bases and flooring.

As an ISO9001:2008 quality management certified company (we are booked to go for transition to the 2015 standard in June 2016) we are committed to achieving customer requirements and our other compliance obligations, to enhancing our customers satisfaction and to continual improvement.

Our personal approach to consultation and design ensures that our highly experienced team delivers your project vision.

We will always meet our clients to discuss in details the project brief, making sure that we thoroughly understand the vision and to make sure that all queries and questions are satisfactorily answered.

Our team will perform a thorough survey of the proposed project site to assess the potential, allowing us to recommend a specification tailored for each individual project.

Our team will then examine the cost of the proposed project and provide a budget recommending the most reliable specifications at the best value for money.

Serfis will never commence a project without first preparing method statement and risk assessments.

Once these have been finalised and approved our team will hold a pre-start meeting with the client to make sure that everything is in place for the commencement of construction.

All our operatives will receive an induction to the site to ensure safety and a right first time approach. We will then carry out a CAT scan, identifying all buried services at the project site, before beginning, the groundwork, drainage, kerbing and final paving.

Completion and Handover:

FFollowing the completion of construction, we will conduct a detailed inspection of the project site with our Foreman to assess if there has been any snagging. If any is discovered our team will carry out any work required.

We will then meet our client on site for a final inspection of the work, quality assurance checks and official handover.

As required under CDM Regulations our team will create a detailed CDM H&S file which will be delivered to the client.

At this point we will agree the final account with the client.

All work that Serfis carries out is covered by an agreed maintenance period during which we take care of any upkeep the project may require. At the end of that agreed maintenance we will return to the site with the client to determine whether additional maintenance works are required.
